Program description
TrueShield Auto Glass sends transactional customer communications by text message (SMS) to customers who have opted in. Messages include quote follow-ups, appointment scheduling, booking confirmations, technician ETA updates, job status updates, payment or invoice links, and customer support replies.
Opt-in
You consent to receive text messages from TrueShield Auto Glass by providing verbal consent when speaking with TrueShield Auto Glass by phone (including our automated phone assistant) or in person — for example, when you call us for a quote or appointment and agree to receive your quote, scheduling, technician, or invoice updates by text message. You can also opt in by texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to our number. Where our website offers to text you a quote or confirmation, you opt in by entering your phone number and actively agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
When you opt in, you will receive a confirmation message such as:
